With our exchange or return policy, there are no unclear conditions. All we ask is that you return the products in their original packaging and ensure they are in the same condition as when received (T-shirts and sets with any decals removed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable).
We guarantee that the following conditions are met for the return process:
All exchange and return procedures are processed via the store’s WhatsApp.
You can submit an exchange or return request for your purchases within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt by contacting us via WhatsApp.
The customer bears all shipping and exchange costs. If the error is the store’s, the store bears all costs.
Exchange or return is limited to one time per order.
Sets or T-shirts with printing are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, so please ensure the correct size when requesting the printing service.
Note:
The store is not responsible for orders returned by the customer without the store’s knowledge or for orders that have not been received for 15 days. The store’s responsibility ends with the order being shipped to the shipping company. After receiving the shipment, the shipping company is responsible for ensuring the shipment’s safe delivery to the customer.
If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned by the shipping company to the store, it will be reshipped to the customer after paying the shipping fees. If the shipment is not desired, the shipping fees and bank commission will be deducted.
If a sports kit or T-shirt is purchased and the sponsorship or kit design is changed, the store is not responsible for any changes made by the club.
If there is an offer to get a free item or product and the customer does not take advantage of it and the order is delivered to the shipping company, the customer is not entitled to use the offer again for the same order.
Orders with offers, such as getting a third free product, cannot be returned separately. In the event of a return, the entire order will be refunded.
If you wish to cancel the order, please contact the store management via WhatsApp.
If you wish to change the size before the shipment arrives, please contact us via WhatsApp.
The store is not responsible for any customer error regarding the address.
The shipment is sent to the address specified in the customer’s order.
If the customer wishes to change the address, they must contact the shipping company.
In the event of a manufacturing error or defect, the store is responsible for the replacement or return (provided the products have not been used).
When exchanging, the product value is calculated at the original price if the store offers promotions.
The refund period from receipt of the returned item is two to five days.
